Summary:By means of a method for producing molded plastics parts which includes forming a molded part by injection molding a mixture of a polymer and thermally conductive filler particles, wherein during the forming by injection molding the filler particles are oriented transversely to the molding part plane owing to the surface geometry of the cavity of the injection molding tool, molded parts having an improved thermal conductivity transversely to the molded part plane can be obtained.
