Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus (1) for connecting a panelling (3) to a building element (E), comprising at least one profile (2) capable of being constrained to said building element (E). The profile (2) comprises an inner cavity (22), defined between its vertical sides (20) and the horizontal core (21), adapted to receive at least one lower portion (30) of said panelling (3). The lower portion (30) of said panelling (3) is retained and tightened between a vertical stop (40) of at least one inner wall (23, 24) of said sides (20) and a pressing member (41), capable of reciprocally acting on the opposite faces (31, 32) of said panelling (3). The pressing member (41) consists of a wedge (41) capable of being inserted in a gap (25) defined between a face (31, 32) of said panelling (3) and the facing inner wall (23, 24) of said profile (2) and of being pushed downwards up to reaching an "interference position" within said gap (25).
