Summary:A ticket vending system includes: a plurality of reception terminal apparatuses 20 configured to be operated by a staff of a ticket distributor, and configured to receive a purchase request of a ticket; at least one settlement apparatus 50 located on a position different from those of the reception terminal apparatuses 20, to which a customer makes a payment for the ticket which purchase request has been received by the reception terminal apparatus 20; and a ticket issuance apparatus 30 configured to issue the ticket which payment has been completed at the settlement apparatus. The ticket vending system further includes a transaction identification unit configured to identify information related to a transaction which purchase request has been received by the reception terminal apparatus 20, and configured to enable the settlement apparatus 50 to perform a settlement process of the transaction.
