Summary: | An object of the present invention is to provide a lithium cell exhibiting a high remaining capacity after high-temperature storage even if used at high voltages, and an electrolytic solution used for the cell. The present invention relates to an electrolytic solution containing a nonaqueous solvent; an electrolyte salt; and 10 vol% or more of a compound represented by the following formula (1) based on 100 vol% of the nonaqueous solvent,
