Summary:The present invention relates to a duct system (10) and a method for manufacturing a duct system (10), in particular of an intake system, in particular of an internal combustion engine, in particular of a motor vehicle. The duct system (10) comprises at least two ducts (12, 14) of plastic. The at least two ducts (12, 14) are connected at one end each and along a circumferential connection area (16) each by means of at least one material connection. At least one reinforcing ring (18) is mounted at least at the at least one first duct (12) covering at least a section of the at least one first duct (12) close to or adjacent to the connection area (16).
