Summary: | The invention relates to a parting tool in the form of a blade (3) and a replaceable cutting insert (4) as well as a key (20) having an eccentric body (21). The cutting insert (4) may be clamped in a seat (8) under an elastic, resilient clamping finger (10). In the blade, a keyhole (13) is formed, into which the eccentric body (21) can be inserted. In the keyhole, there are included concave sliding surfaces (27), which border on a flat stop surface (28). With these, convex corner surfaces (34) and flat shoulder surfaces (32) on the eccentric body can interact. By the unique design of the keyhole and eccentric body, a gentle interaction between said surfaces is obtained, which guarantees a long service life of the blade as well as the key. |
