Summary: | The present invention relates to an in vitro process for the immunological diagnosis of a human subject with regard to diseases affecting the kidneys or a risk of acquiring diseases affecting the kidneys or graft-versus-host disease or at risk of acquiring graft-versus-host disease by determining immunologically the presence and/or concentration of the peptide ALB408-423 (SEQ ID NO 1) in a sample comprising the steps of
(a) contacting the sample with a capture reagent which is capable of specifically binding to ALB408-423 (SEQ ID NO 1),
(b) determining the presence and/or amount of ALB408-423 (SEQ ID NO 1) bound to capture reagent formed in step (a). |
