A radio resource scheduling method, method for transmitting uplink data, and user equipment are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a user equipment (UE) a signaling sent by a base station control node, where the signaling carries an information element, IE, for indicating which Absolute Grant (AG) table among two or more AG tables is used by the UE, in a case that two or more AG tables exist, the AG table indicated in the IE is the same as an AG table used by a base station; receiving, by the UE, an AG signaling sent by the base station, wherein the AG signaling comprises an AG index value; obtaining a granted amount, by the UE, by looking up the AG table indicated in the IE according to the AG index value; and transmitting, by the UE, uplink data transmission according to the granted amount. The technical solutions can ensure that the network side and the UE side have the same understanding about the granting information, thereby ensuring correct scheduling of radio resources.
