Summary:The invention relates to a device for receiving products to be heated and/or baked in an oven, comprising at least one receiving portion for at least one product to be heated and/or baked. The aim of the invention is to provide a device for receiving products to be heated and/or baked in an oven, wherein the device reduces the energy consumption during the heating and/or baking process and at the same time can be repaired in an inexpensive manner if damaged. This is achieved in that at least one metal receiving portion designed as an insert for products to be heated and/or baked and a support structure that supports the receiving portion are provided.
