Endoluminal prosthesis

An endoluminal prosthesis (100) may include a tubular main body (110) and a branch (130). The main body may include proximal and distal end openings, a lumen (113), a sidewall (114), and a fenestration (126) in the sidewall. The branch (130) may include a tubular retrograde branch segment (142), a t...

Summary:An endoluminal prosthesis (100) may include a tubular main body (110) and a branch (130). The main body may include proximal and distal end openings, a lumen (113), a sidewall (114), and a fenestration (126) in the sidewall. The branch (130) may include a tubular retrograde branch segment (142), a tubular antegrade branch segment (152), and a tubular branch junction (132). The retrograde branch segment (142) may include an inlet opening fluidly coupled to the fenestration (126) of the main body (110) and an outlet opening fluidly coupled to the branch junction and positioned longitudinally between the proximal end opening and the fenestration of the main body (110). The antegrade branch segment (152) may include an inlet opening fluidly coupled to the branch junction (132) and an outlet opening positioned longitudinally distal of the inlet opening of the antegrade branch segment (152). The retrograde branch segment (142) and the antegrade branch segment (152) may be in fluid communication with one another through the branch junction.
