Summary:The hearing device (4) has a sound hose (6) with a hose-side coupling element (8) made from metal and an ear piece (10) with an ear-piece-side coupling element (12) made from rubber or plastic material. The hose-side and ear-piece-side coupling elements are linked reversibly. An ear-piece-side pressure channel (18) and a hose-side pressure channel (16) are coupled together to form coupled pressure channel in a coupled state of the coupling elements. The hose-side coupling element or the ear-piece-side coupling element is supported through pressurizing element (24).
