The first substrate (11) has a first surface (11A) and a second surface (11B), the second substrate (12) has a third surface (12C) and a fourth surface (12D), and the second surface (11B) of the first substrate (11) faces the third surface (12C) of the second substrate (12). The adhesive layer (13) is disposed between the second surface (11B) of the first substrate (11) and the third surface (12C) of the second substrate (12) for assembling the first substrate (11) and the second substrate (12). The first patterned sensing electrode layer (21) is disposed on the first substrate (11), and the second patterned sensing electrode layer (22) is disposed on the second substrate (12).
