Summary:The present invention provides a cell model and a method for screening c-Fms tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Specifically, the present invention provides a cell that expresses macrophage colony stimulating factor receptor and STAT1 protein simultaneously. The present invention further provides a method for screening c-Fms tyrosine kinase inhibitors, a method for evaluating the inhibiting activity of a compound or a composition against c-Fms tyrosine kinase, and use of the cell in screening c-Fms tyrosine kinase inhibitors. The cell model established in the present invention is sensitive, highly effective and reliable, and can be used in high-throughput screening and/or high-content screening of c-Fms tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
