Another actuating device is received in housing provided with transmission device actuated and turned by turning portion. The turning portion is accessed from outside of housing, and operatively connected to element, so that element is moved out of housing, when turning portion is turned in locking direction. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a leaf structure; and (2) a leaf installation.
