Summary:The unit (3) has a reel for rolling an elevator tape (2) by rotating an eccentric cam pin in an eccentric cam. An axial actuator is provided for adjustment of a radial layer of the cam. The actuator is rotated around a winding shaft, where an outer peripheral portion of the actuator is concentric to a rotational axis of the actuator. Multiple teeth are provided on the outer peripheral portion. The actuator comprises a helical guide track that is extended around the rotational axis of the actuator. The eccentric cam pin is provided with a crank pin. An independent claim is also included for a Venetian blind.
