Means of determining the condition of the oral cavity in a subject is provided. The condition of the oral cavity in the subject is determined by using an analytical tool comprising the following (A), (B), and (C): (A) a reagent for measuring one or more parameters that reflect the dental caries risk for a test sample obtained from the oral cavity, (B) a reagent for measuring one or more parameters that reflect the periodontal disease risk for the test sample obtained from the oral cavity, and (C) a reagent for measuring one or more parameters that reflect the degree of oral cleanliness for the test sample obtained from the oral cavity.
