Summary: | Use of Cbl-b inhibitor in a method of therapeutic treatment of a patient comprising the introduction of the Cbl-b inhibitor in natural killer (NK) cells of the patient, is claimed, where the NK cells are immune activated. Independent claims are included for: (1) immune activation of NK cells, comprising reducing or inhibiting the Cbl-b function in the NK-cells, preferably by administration of the Cbl-b inhibitor; and (2) a pharmaceutical composition comprising the Cbl-b inhibitor, and an additional NK cell activator.
