Summary:An object of the present invention is to extend the period for deposited products to come into contact with a rotary portion or a stator portion. In a rotor blade cylindrical portion or a stator portion in which thread grooves are formed, convex surfaces (thread groove peak surfaces) configuring the peak sections of the thread grooves are cut by a desired amount over the entire circumference (a circumferential direction of the thread grooves) of a certain range in an axial direction. In a case where the thread grooves are formed in the stator portion, the thread groove peak surfaces on the lower side (the outlet port side) in a gap (clearance) between an outer circumferential surface of the rotor blade cylindrical portion and an inner circumferential surface formed by the thread groove peak surfaces of the stator portion facing the outer circumferential surface, are cut by a desired amount. In a case where the thread grooves are formed in the rotor blade cylindrical portion, the thread groove peak surfaces on the lower side of the rotor blade cylindrical portion in a gap between an outer circumferential surface configured by the thread groove peak surfaces of the rotor blade cylindrical portion and the stator portion facing the outer circumferential surface, are cut by a desired amount. As a result, the gap on the lower side of the thread groove portion can partially be expanded by cutting the thread groove peak surfaces by a desired amount.
