In a counterweight (7), a bracket (21) is mounted on a top surface (7B1) of a center weight portion (7B) by using bracket bolts (22), and a latch (23) is mounted on a latch mounting surface (21B1) of the bracket (21) by using latch bolts (24). In this state, a hiding member (25) is mounted on a hiding member mounting surface (21B2) of the bracket (21) by using hiding member bolts (27). At this time, the hiding member (25) can cover and hide the bracket bolts (22) and the latch bolts (24). Further, at the time the engine cover (14) is closed, the bolts (27) can be hidden.
