The valve (1) has a valve body (5) forming a seat (6), and an obturating element (7) designed to move from an opening configuration in which the element is separated from the seat and authorizes leak of a gas flow (F) from the chamber to a closing configuration in which the element sealingly contacts the seat and ensures sealing of the chamber under effect of pressure reigning within a cooking chamber. An elastic return unit (8) is distinct from the body and/or the element, and arranged to stress the element toward the opening configuration against the pressure. An independent claim is also included for a pressurized cooking appliance e.g. domestic pressure cooker or autoclave. - Soupape de purge pour appareil de cuisson sous pression. - L'invention concerne une soupape (1) de purge pour appareil (2) de cuisson sous pression, destinée à évacuer hors de l'enceinte de cuisson (4) l'air qui se trouve initialement contenu dans l'enceinte, ladite soupape de purge comprenant d'une part un corps de soupape (5) formant un siège (6) et d'autre part un organe obturateur (7) mobile conçu pour se déplacer d'une configuration d'ouverture, dans laquelle il est écarté dudit siège et autorise la fuite d'un flux gazeux (F) en provenance de ladite enceinte (4), à une configuration de fermeture, dans laquelle il vient au contact étanche dudit siège (6) et assure l'étanchéité, ladite soupape étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un organe de rappel élastique (8) qui est agencé pour solliciter l'organe obturateur (7) vers sa configuration d'ouverture. - Fabrication de vannes de régulation pour appareils électroménagers notamment. - Figure 3 .
