The screen arrangement (79) further comprises a screen cleaning device (22) that includes a scraper (80) and a drive unit for the screen (21) and/or the scraper (80). The screen (21) and the screen cleaning device are designed to be arranged entirely below the level (3) of the upstream water (2).
