[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The novel alkoxyimino derivative is characterized by being represented by general formula [I] (in the formula, X, R 1 , R 2 and Q are as defined in the specification) and the post control agent is characterized by containing as an active ingredient the alkoxyimino derivative or a salt thereof.
