Summary:Problem to be Solved: A discharged warm/cold heat of a refrigerant circuit is effectively utilized in order to attain high energy efficiency. Particularly, an appropriate operation control is executed when a hot-water supplying operation and an air cooling operation are simultaneously performed, whereby high energy efficiency is attained. Solution: When an air cooling operation by an air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit 5 and a hot-water supplying operation by a hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit 6 are executed, the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit, and the hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit are controlled such that a target evaporation temperature of the hot-water supplying refrigerant circuit 6 or a target condensation temperature of the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit 6 is attained, the target evaporation temperature or the target condensation temperature being set based upon an air cooling capacity and an evaporation temperature of the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit5 and a hot-water supplying capacity and a condensation temperature of the air temperature adjusting refrigerant circuit 6.
