Summary:The device comprises a hub-shaped component (15) such as a roller (9) surrounding in a welding wire feed device. The fastening element comprises a cylindrical cavity (2), in which an actuating element (3) is arranged. The actuation element comprises an axial portion by radial tapering dimension along which an engaging unit (6) extends itself radially to the actuating element and is axially displaceable in such a way that in a first position, the engaging unit, which is placed in secured axial position of the actuating element, is positively connected with the hub-shaped component. The device comprises a hub-shaped component (15) such as a roller (9) surrounding in a welding wire feed device. The fastening element comprises a cylindrical cavity (2), in which an actuating element (3) is arranged. The actuating element comprises an axial portion by radial tapering dimension along which an engaging unit (6) extends itself radially to the actuating element and is axially displaceable in such a way that in a first position, the engaging unit, which is placed in secured axial position of the actuating element, is positively connected with the hub-shaped component and in a second position, the engaging unit, which is placed in a releasing axial position of the actuating element, is positively locked. The actuating element: is fixed in the first connection secured to the axial position; is axially arranged in the cavity against a prestressing force of a counter-pressure element (4); stands in the first, secured axial position under bias; and is transferred by an external force opposite to the bias in the second releasing axial position. The counter-pressure element is formed as a compression spring, and is arranged between the actuating element and an inner wall of the cavity extending itself to a radial direction. An axial section of the actuating element is provided by the radially tapering dimension of a lateral surface of a truncated cone. The lateral surface terminates a cylindrical, inner surface of the fastening element. A blocking element formed as a start edge is provided on the actuating element for restricting an axial movement of the actuating element. A blocking effect occurs when a surface of the engaging unit adjoins at the start edge. The surface of the engaging unit positively fits at the start edge, and positively adjoins at the surface of the fastening element. The fastening element and the shaft are formed in one-piece manner. The component comprises a receptacle corresponding to the engaging unit, which positively adjoins at an inner surface of the component, is positioned in the axial direction before or after the component and positively adjoins at an outer side surface of the component. A start element is provided on the fastening element or the shaft. The component is axially arranged between the start element and the engaging unit, and an axial distance is selected between the engaging unit and the start element so that the component is positively connected with the start element during positive locking of the component and the engaging unit. The component is formed as a wire conveyor roller, which is a part of a welding wire feed device and comprises two parallel and symmetrical guide grooves formed to the axial center of the roller for different wire profiles.
