Summary:A transcutaneous implantable access port (1) for removal and/or return of fluids to a patient and releasably connectable to an extracorporeal conduit (7) containing one or several access lines (71, 72), comprising: a valve unit (5), said valve unit (5) containing one or more chambers (51, 52), each of said one or several chambers (51, 52) being adapted to be fluidly connected to a vascular structure of the patient; a fixation unit (3, 31, 33), the fixation unit (3) adapted to be fixed to a bone (100) of the patient and to support the valve unit (5); characterized in that the valve unit (5) further comprises at least a portion of sealing membrane (8) located adjacent to at least one side of said one or several chambers (51, 52); and, during connection of said extracorporeal conduit (7), said at least portion of sealing membrane (8) being penetrated by a portion of said one or several access lines (71, 72), to provide a fluidic passage between said one or several access lines (71, 72) and said one or several chambers (51, 52), and resealed, after removal of said portion of said one or several access line (71, 72).
