Polysiloxane compound (I), is new. Polysiloxane compound of formula (M aD1 bD2 cD3 dD4 eT fQ g) (I) or their ionic adduct with protic reactant of formula (H +>A ->) (II), is new. M : [R2R1 2SiO 1 / 2]; D1 : [R1 2SiO 2 / 2]; D2 : [R1Si(R7NHR3)O 2 / 2]; D3 : [R1SiR4O 2 / 2]; D4 : [R1SiR5O 2 / 2]; T : [R1SiO 3 / 2]; Q : [SiO 4 / 2]; R1 : optionally branched, optionally saturated 1-30C hydrocarbon or aromatic 6-30C hydrocarbon; R2 : R1, alkoxy or OH; R3 : H or hydrocarbon substituted with N, where at least 50%, preferably at least 70% of the R2 is R1; R4 : optionally branched, saturated or olefinically unsaturated 8-30C hydrocarbon, preferably decyl, dodecyl, tetradecyl, hexadecyl or octadecyl; R5 : optionally branched, optionally saturated polar OH substituted 1-30C amide, OH-substituted 1-30C carbamate, ethoxylated 1-30C amine, 1-30C guanidine or 1-30C alkylenyl guanidine; R7 : optionally branched, optionally saturated, divalent 1-30C hydrocarbon; a : 2-20; b : 10-5000; c : 1-500; d, e : 0-500; e, g : 0-20; and A -> : anion.
