Summary:The heat shield element (14) includes a sidewall (16) having a recess (4) which is formed in a specific direction of a supporting structure facing a passage (30) formed in the sidewall. A fastening screw is screwed to the passage through the recess, for vertical mounting of the heat shield element to the supporting structure. A coupling unit is partially connected to the passage through the sidewall by a securing unit. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hitzeschildelement mit mindestens einer Seitenwand (16), wobei die Seitenwand (16) zumindest eine Vertiefung (4) mit einem in Richtung einer Tragstruktur (17) weisenden Durchlass (30) umfasst, wobei in der Vertiefung (4) eine Befestigungsschraube (18) einbringbar ist, die durch den Durchlass (30) zum senkrechten Befestigen des Hitzeschildelements (14) an einem in der Tragstruktur (17) vorgesehenen Verschraubungsmittel (19) durchführbar ist, wobei der Durchlass (30) in der Seitenwand (16) ein Sicherungsmittel (41,44), welches zumindest teilweise durch die Seitenwand (16) gebildet wird.
