Summary: | The scale (1) has a step surface (2) including a center elevation (3), which serves as a haptic orientation for finding a correct standing position. The elevation is adapted to natural curvature of a human foot toe. Measuring electrodes measure body specific characteristics e.g. body fat portions, muscle fractions and bone weight. The elevation is flexibly and circularly designed with a convex surface. The step surface is provided with a slip resistant coating outside the elevation. The elevation includes a diameter of approximately 250 mm and a height of approximately 15 mm. |
