The vertically movable platform 3 includes at least four wire-guiding rotating bodies 22A, 22B over which the looped portions 21A, 21B of the wires 14 are run. And a looped portion 21A of one of the wires 14 is run over at least two of the wire-guiding rotating bodies 22A, and a looped portion 21B of the other of the wires 14 is run over at least two other of the wire-guiding rotating bodies 22B.
