Summary:Implantable medical devices may be utilized to locally delivery one or more drugs or therapeutic agents to treat a wide variety of conditions, including the treatment of the biological organism's reaction to the introduction of the implantable medical device. Upon implantation, between seventy and eighty percent of the abluminal surface is bare metal and between thirty and twenty percent of the abluminal surface comprises the reservoirs at least partially filled with the at least one base composition inlay and the at least one top composition inlay.
