The secondary circuit has a supply voltage (UV) for an output circuit (7), and a power factor correcting circuit (25) has a control circuit (26) arranged in the primary circuit or the secondary circuit. Primary-sided primary voltage (UP) and the supply voltage are supplied to the control circuit as input parameters.
