Summary:The microcircuit card (10) comprises a body (12) comprising a LED with a lid capable of emitting a first predefined color and an antenna circuit for near field communication. The LED emits light when a preset current intensity flows in the circuit. The lid of the LED is coated with a mass of material forming a unit for selecting a set of wavelengths. The first predefined color is white. The LED comprises a semiconductor junction for emitting wavelengths in a primary spectral region and a unit for converting wavelengths of the primary region towards a secondary spectral region. The microcircuit card (10) comprises a body (12) comprising a LED with a lid capable of emitting a first predefined color and an antenna circuit for near field communication. The LED emits light when a preset current intensity flows in the circuit. The lid of the LED is coated with a mass of material forming a unit for selecting a set of wavelengths. The first predefined color is white. The LED comprises a semiconductor junction for emitting wavelengths in a primary spectral region and a unit for converting wavelengths of the primary region towards a secondary spectral region corresponding to the first predefined color. The primary spectral region extends from 370-420 nm or 420-480 nm, and the secondary spectral region extends in the set of visible spectrum. The mass material comprises a resin polymerizable in UV light and/or a thermohardening resin. The configuration of the antenna circuit and the LED is defined by configuration parameters including length of an antenna wire of the circuit, a gap between two turns of the antenna, width of the antenna wire, a number of antenna towers and a capacity of a semiconductor junction of the LED. The antenna circuit comprises a microcircuit and an antenna connected to the microcircuit. The LED is a surface mount component. An independent claim is included for a process for fabrication of a microcircuit card.
