Summary:The present invention relates to an offshore foundation (1) for mounting a construction such as a bridge, mast or components of an electricity generating wind farm such as a wind turbine generator, transformer or pole, comprising: a lower large pile section (2), at least partially hollow (10), with an open base end (16), adapted for excavation of sea bed material from inside the foundation (1), a mid section (4), at least partially hollow (12), that gradually narrows from the large pile section (2) towards an upper section (6), and an upper section (6), at least partially hollow (14), which extends from the mid section (4), ending in an open flange (8) suitable for attachment to said construction.
