The holder is designed in a tubular shape. The holder includes a substance feeding unit i.e. output unit (18) of a dispenser or container (20), at an end of the applying part and a fixing unit. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug zum Auftragen einer Substanz auf einen Gegenstand mit einem Halter (14), einem Auftragteil (12), das am Halter (14) vorgesehen ist, und einer verschiebbar am Halter (14) gelagerten Schutzhülse (16), die über das Auftragteil (12) schiebbar ist.
