A user terminal comprising: a communications interface to communicate via an Internet communications channel; a web engine configured to contact a global server via the Internet communications channel using the communications interface to retrieve configuration data to present a plurality of services accessable via a plurality of downloadable executables via the Internet communications channel using the communications interface, the plurality of services identifying at least one service access downloadable executable operative to access a service server from the user terminal via the Internet communications channel; a display to present the plurality of services to a user of the user terminal; and an input device to select a service from the plurality from the user, wherein the web engine is configured to download a service access downloadable executable corresponding to the selected service via the Internet communications channel using the communications interface, said service server is located on a terminal remote from said global server, and said service server provides a workspace data retrieval service enabling retrieval of a workspace element in workspace data held on said terminal.
