INTERFACE FOR CONNECTING A CONVERTER APPARATUS TO A TWO-POLE LINE

The interface (130) has a switching device (132) connected with two inputs (X1, X2) and with an output. A control device is coupled with a third input (X3) such that a detection signal is supplied from the third input to the control device, which indicates connection of the inputs with a pole of a t...

Summary:The interface (130) has a switching device (132) connected with two inputs (X1, X2) and with an output. A control device is coupled with a third input (X3) such that a detection signal is supplied from the third input to the control device, which indicates connection of the inputs with a pole of a two-pole line, where the pole has lower electric potential. The control device is connected with the switching device and equipped such that one of the inputs is connected with the output based on the detection signal. Another output is connected with the input.
