Summary:The present invention relates to personal scales (1), comprising at least one base unit (3), a force measuring element (2) which can be integrated in the base unit (3), a weighing plate (4.a) which acts on the force measuring element (2), and a display (5) for displaying at least the weight measured by the force measuring element (2). The personal scales (1) according to the invention are distinguished by the fact that at least one holder (24) is provided which can be used by a user to remove the weighing plate (4.a) and exchange it for another weighing plate (4.b). The personal scales (1) according to the invention have, compared to conventional personal scales, significantly enhanced design possibilities and are, moreover, extremely advantageous also from a hygienic point of view.
