A scooter type vehicle (1) includes a vehicle body frame (2), a footboard (27), a fuel tank (60), and a fuel supply part. The vehicle body frame (2) includes a head pipe (3), a front frame (4), left and right side frames (5, 6). The footboard (27) is disposed above the left and right side frames (5, 6). The fuel tank (60) is disposed below the footboard (27). The fuel tank (60) at least partially overlaps with the left side frame (5) or the right side frame (6) in a side view of the vehicle. Additionally, a front part of the left side frame (5) is largely inclined with respect to a center line of the vehicle perpendicular to a transverse direction of the vehicle than the right side frames (6), and is connected to the front frame (4) in a higher position than the front part of the right side frames (6). Moreover, the fuel supply part is connected to the fuel tank (60) further rearward of the front frame (4) in a side view of the vehicle, below the left side frames (6), and between the right side frame (6) and the left side frame (5) in a plan view of the vehicle.
