Summary:A bicycle battery holder (16) for retaining a battery (12) is basically provided with a bracket member (42), an engaging member (60) and a lever member (44). The engaging member (60) is movably mounted to the bracket member (42) and configured to selectively retain the battery (12) to the bracket. The lever member (44) is movably mounted to the bracket member (42) and operatively coupled to the engaging member (60) to move the engaging member (60) in a first direction with respect to the bracket member (42) when the lever member (44) is moved from a first lever position to a second lever position.
