Summary:The present invention is related to a pharmaceutical combination of a glucocorticoid and a -cyclodextrin conjugated vitamin A derivative complex as well as a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The combination and the composition of the invention can be used for reducing or eliminating skin atrophy induced by treatment with glucocorticoids (GC). Also comprised is a method for reducing or eliminating skin atrophy induced by GC treatment. Furthermore the invention concerns a kit comprising a glucocorticoid and a -cyclodextrin conjugated vitamin A derivative complex.
