Summary:The component has a mass-spring system (12) including a heavy mass layer (16) and spring forming layer (14). A sound-insulation complex (18) has two layers (20, 22) having different air-flow resistances. The system is provided on a side of a rigid structural member (10) e.g. sheet, and the complex is provided on other side of the member. Opposite surfaces of structural member are covered by the system and complex and are opposite and extended with respect to each other, where one layer (20) is formed of a material e.g. foam and felt and another layer (22) is made of non-woven fabric.
