Summary:The device (1) has a body (3) fixedly mounted in a cylindrical housing (2), and comprising a cylindrical portion (10). A curved flap (19) is mounted in a fluid circulation zone, and forms a fluid circulation channel in the circulation zone when the flap occupies a rest position. The channel has a section larger than a section of the circulation zone. The flap is stressed by an elastically deformable spring plate (5) towards its rest position, and is adapted to be folded against the spring plate due to passage of the fluid such that the section of the channel is increased.
