Process for predicting oxidative stress score of patient on scale of 0-10, comprises: initial step comprising evaluating by measuring series of biomarkers related to oxidative stress (OS) in panel of people, calculating OS score specific to each of the persons to obtain database using a predefined formula, and conducting statistical analysis of database for selecting group of biomarkers and determining prediction relation; evaluating by determining biological markers of selected group of patients; and calculating predictive score (Sp) specific to patient using the prediction relation. Process for predicting an oxidative stress score of a patient on a scale of 0-10, comprises: initial step comprising evaluating by measuring a series of biomarkers related to oxidative stress (OS) in a panel of people, preferably from blood samples, calculating OS score specific to each of the persons to obtain a database using a predefined formula, and conducting statistical analysis of the database for selecting a group of biomarkers preferably representative of oxidative stress score and determining a prediction relation to calculate a predictive score from OS score by selected biomarkers; evaluating by determining the biological markers of the selected group of patients; and calculating the predictive score (Sp) specific to patient using the prediction relation. Procédé de prédiction d'un score représentatif du stress oxydatif d'un patient sur une échelle de 0 à 10 caractérisé par la succession des étapes suivantes : - dans une étape d'étalonnage initial : - on évalue par dosage, en particulier à partir de prélèvements sanguins, une série de marqueurs biologiques liés au stress oxydatif chez un panel de personnes, puis on calcule en utilisant une formule prédéfinie un score de stress oxydatif S0 spécifique à chacune de ces personnes de façon à obtenir une base de données, et - on effectue une analyse statistique de cette base de données de façon à sélectionner un groupe de marqueurs biologiques particulièrement représentatifs du score de stress oxydatif et à déterminer une relation de prédiction permettant de calculer à partir des marqueurs biologiques ainsi sélectionnés un score Sp prédictif du score de stress oxydatif S0, - on évalue par dosage les marqueurs biologiques du groupe sélectionné du patient, et - on calcule le score prédictif Sp spécifique au patient en utilisant la relation de prédiction.
