Composite material comprises a polyurethane layer adhering to a layer of thermoplastic material, where the polyurethane is produced by reacting an isocyanate-functional prepolymer (I) with an isocyanate-reactive compound (II) or reacting a diisocyanate (III) with a mixture of (II) and a hydroxy-functional alkoxylated phosphate triester (IV), where (I) is produced by reacting an isocyanate with (IV) and has an isocyanate group content of 5-45%. An independent claim is also included for producing a composite material as above by reacting (I) with (II) or reacting (III) with a mixture of (II) and (IV), optionally together with a catalyst, blowing agent and additives, in the presence of the layer of thermoplastic material. Die Erfindung betrifft Verbundelemente enthaltend als Schicht i) mindestens einen thermoplastischen Kunststoff, an den sich haftend als Schicht ii) ein Polyisocyanat-Polyadditionsprodukt anschließt, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung.
