Summary:A thermal management system (20A) comprises a first heat exchanger (66) having an inlet (30) and an outlet (32), a second heat exchanger (74) having an inlet (34) and an outlet (36), a fluid loop (25), a first heat pump (22), and a second heat pump (24). The fluid loop circulates a fluid, and forms a continuous path between the first and second heat exchangers. The first heat pump is thermally connected to the fluid loop and is disposed between the outlet of the second heat exchanger and the inlet of the first heat exchanger. The second heat pump is thermally connected to the fluid loop and is disposed between the outlet of the first heat exchanger and the inlet of the second heat exchanger.
