Summary:The joint has a stable hinge (1) with a tapered pin (2), where ends of the hinge are fastened to semicircular or angular mounting parts that are spaced apart at a 90 degree angle. A fastening bolt (4) is arranged at ends of the mounting part for a clamping device (6) of a tensioning belt (5). A clamping unit (7) is attached to an inner side of a flat bar, where the clamping unit holds a tree trunk. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Haltevorrichtung für Baumteile beim Abtrennen derselben. Die Haltevorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese ein Scharnier (1) aufweist, dessen um eine Scharnierachse verschwenkbare Schenkel an dem feststehenden Baumteil einerseits und an dem abzutrennenden Baumteil andererseits festlegbar sind (Fig. 1).
