Summary: | It comprises a groove (5) defined by radial walls (5a, 5a') into which a support slot (3) is received, and a flexible, tapered flange adapted to be deformed on insertion of the support (2) which support (2) has protrusions (6) adjacent to its slot (3). In one assembled position, protrusions (6) abut against a peripheral portion of the flange (5b) preventing the sheath terminal (1) from being removed from the support (2). The flange (5b) is adjacent one radial wall (5a') and it has a slope such that its large diameter portion (5c) is nearer the other radial wall (5a) than its small diameter portion (5d). An easy assembly is achieved and the terminal is not required to be positioned to any direction and no particular tooling is needed. |
