Summary:A cigarette packing method and machine, whereby blanks (1), fed successively along a feed path (P2) inside respective feed pockets (26), are fed to a loading station (20) where each blank (1) is transferred, by a pusher (31) and along a transfer path (P3), to a respective packing pocket (19) fed to the loading station (20) along a packing path (P1), and is folded partly, during transfer along the transfer path (P3), to define a seat (46) for receiving a respective wrapped group (4) of cigarettes, and which is formed by feeding the blank (1) and the pusher (31) through a folding spindle (33) located, at the loading station (20), between the feed path (P2) and the packing path (P1) and along the transfer path (P3).
