Summary:The sensor has an infrared detector (28) for measuring intensity of an infrared radiation (36), and an oblong-shaped hollow body (22) with a round-shaped front side (25). A wall (23) at the front side of the body contains a convection surface (34) with specific thermal capacity, where the surface is arranged at an outer side of the wall. The infrared detector is arranged at another front side (26) of the body, where the side (26) is arranged opposite to the side (25). A dimensioned tube (23a) of the wall is arranged between the front sides. Ein Temperatursensor (20) für eine Turbine (10) eines thermischen Kraftwerks, insbesondere für eine Gasturbine, zum Messen der Temperatur eines Strömungsmediums innerhalb der Turbine (10) ist erfindungsgemäß gekennzeichnet durch einen Infrarotdetektor (28) zum Messen einer Infrarotstrahlung (36).
