The pipe has a tubular body (11) closable at an end by a base, where the body comprises an opening (18) at other end. A spring plate is suspended with a distance from the tubular body, where the tubular body is made of flexibly rolled flat material with a wall thickness that is variable in a longitudinal direction. The flat material is deformed transverse to the longitudinal direction to the pipe and is welded in the longitudinal direction.
